The Knowledge Base Tools (KBase Tools)

The Knowledge Base Tools (KBase Tools) have been developed in-house by Signature Software to provide a centralised on-line resource centre for input of shared business information, with a particular focus on help resouces and information for the ICE Business System.

The Knowledge Base comprises of five main tools to provide an information resource centre:

Client Access FAQ Catalogue

Client Access On-Line Manuals

The KBase Tools are fully integrated with each other and share common lookup tables for items such as keywords, system forms and system modules, with hyperlink links to on-line manuals and other supporting documents.

This area of the website is restricted to Signature Software clients and registered users of the ICE Business System.
