Signature Learning Centre (SLC)
The SLC is a dedicated online site that provides a variety of approaches to training and supporting users of Signature Software applications such as ICE Business Systems, BillPoint, ContactTracker and the Portable Stocktake Manager. The Signature Learning Centre includes simulations, slideshows and learning units covering the full range of record entry, transactions and processes encountered in the applications. Simulations provide on screen demonstrations of the software. They display captured screens, popup windows, mouse clicks and movements. They are interactive and provide the user with the opportunity to simulate the use of the software by selecting menus and buttons and even entering data. Slideshows are a series of PowerPoint slides showing screen shots of the software and they provide step by step instructions on completing transactions and business processes. Learning Units are Acrobat "pdf" documents that take the users through the business processes in a step by step outline. Due to its variety of approaches, the Signature Learning Centre caters for different learning styles and is available online at any time to Signature Software clients.
