Information, applications and data sources already exists in small to large organisations. Much of this valuable resource typically resides within an organisation's local area network (LAN) and is not readily or easily available on a remote basis due to many technical, cost and security barriers. iWebGate's purpose is to unite an organisations' applications, reports and information (i.e. files, emails) into an easy to use, yet highly secure portal environment which conveniently provides management, staff, customers and suppliers with the information and/or resources they need and deserve. iWebGate (the Company) ensures that it's integrated online-office solution is always affordable, scalable and transforms inefficient business processes. Vital Software
Released in 2001, the re-launched Contact Tracker included all of the functionality and usability of the original Tracker, whilst utilising the latest in database technologies such as Microsoft Jet and SQL Server. Although Vital Software was founded with the release of Contact Tracker Standard Edition, they have since released a suite of products to suit any business environment. Launched in 2004, QuoteTracker streamlines the quotation and proposal process by working within either Contact Tracker Edition. QuoteTracker ensures that activity follow-up, opportunity management, document storage, and note information about each quotation is all contained within the customer's record in Contact Tracker. With the rise in demand for web-based solutions, Vital Software turned to focus entirely on delivering the ContactTracker solution over the internet, and this has included the migration of original ContactTracker clients onto the revamped platform. Vital Software's offering is not limited to providing software. They strive to provide an end-to-end solution when implementing Contact Tracker within an organization. This solution can be comprised of pre-sales consulting, installation, user training, technical instruction, custom development, report creation, or a combination of the above.
